Performs duties which may be complex in nature and involve the application of standard procedures to a variety of details requiring some independent analysis. Occasionally exercises judgment in the selection and application of data. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of department and company policies and procedures in dealing with assigned area. Minimum supervision is required.
Maintains records and prepares reports which may be complex in nature, or require knowledge of spreadsheet or database applications.
Performs clerical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental area and corporate policies and procedures.
Answers telephone inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and distributes departmental mail.
Resolves non-routine questions; refers questions with policy and procedure implications to supervisor.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
High School or equivalent
2 - 3 years clerical experience
Normal Office Environment
Typing required ( up to 20% )
Occasional standing, walking, and reaching,
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
